Our home has been designed for group & family travelers for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the space:

- Separated from the bedrooms, there is a small room designed to offer you space for work with a comfortable desk & chair.

- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.

• Kitchen

- Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking utensil, large fridge, oven, electric hot stove as well as a Real coffee machine with free coffee.

Guest access

Guests have full access of the space during their stay. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbors), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

Other things to note

• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbors.

• We require that each reservation contains the correct number of guests, either staying for the entire length of the stay or part of it. Penalties may apply otherwise.

• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behavior, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.

• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID.
